As a Copy Pilot Notarial customer
This is what we need from you:
1) An unsigned document
2) Filled out and ready to go except signature
3) A US government issued photo ID ie state drivers license or ID card
If you need a witness it is your responsibility to bring one or more with you. We
do have many very nice customers that may be willing to help be a witness, but
we cannot guarantee it for you.
As a notary we cannot answer any questions you have about your document
so be sure to have the person you are signing for explain the document to you
and your responsibilities once you have signed.
You must sign in blue or black ink
You must wait until the notary states that they are ready for you to sign.
The notary will look over your document and fill out certain information about
you and your document in their logbook.
Your information will be kept private and confidential.
Your document must be in English that is the only language we can read.
